CricBattle Inc (“CricBattle”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates software platforms in the United States, India, and Europe through web portals including cricbattle.com, futbattle.com, partner websites, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
CricBattle operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider offering:
- Auction Management Software
- Fantasy League Management Software
- Rule customization and configuration services
- Enterprise and organization-specific software solutions
This Refund Policy governs all payments made for CricBattle’s software-based services.
2. Nature of Payments
All payments made to CricBattle are strictly for:
- Access to software services
- Usage of auction or fantasy league management tools
- Customization of rules, formats, scoring systems, or workflows
- Configuration, setup, or enablement of features
Payments are service-based and usage-based and are not deposit-based. CricBattle does not offer paid contests, prize pools, cash winnings, or withdrawal facilities.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made to CricBattle are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Auction software fees
- Fantasy league software fees
- League or rule customization charges
- Setup, configuration, or enablement fees
- Subscription or licensing payments
Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be permitted.
4. Cancellation of Services
Users may discontinue using CricBattle’s Services at any time. However:
- Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund
- Unused service time or features are non-refundable
- Completed or partially completed services remain chargeable
5. Exceptional Cases (Payment Errors Only)
Refund consideration may be made only in cases involving:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect amount debited due to a technical error
- Failed service activation caused solely by CricBattle systems
Requests must be submitted from the registered email address to contact@cricbattle.com within a reasonable timeframe. Any resolution is at CricBattle’s sole discretion and does not create a general refund obligation.
All eligible refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days after CricBattle receives the refund request. If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
6. Taxes and Deductions
- Applicable taxes and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
- Any approved adjustment will be processed after applicable deductions
7. Transaction Terms
Certain transactions may be governed by additional terms communicated at the time of purchase. In the event of any inconsistency, transaction-specific terms shall prevail.
8. Policy Modifications
CricBattle reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
