CricBattle Inc (“CricBattle”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates software platforms in the United States, India, and Europe through web portals including cricbattle.com, futbattle.com, partner websites, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

CricBattle operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider offering auction management software and fantasy league management software across multiple sports including cricket, football, basketball, hockey, and kabaddi.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform (“User”, “you”, “your”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any additional guidelines published by CricBattle.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform. CricBattle may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


3. Nature of Services (SaaS Model)
  • Auction software for sports leagues and tournaments
  • Fantasy league software for season-long and short-format play
  • Rule engines, scoring systems, and league configuration tools
  • Administrative dashboards, analytics, and management tools

CricBattle may charge fees for software access, feature enablement, customization, auction hosting, and enterprise-level configurations.

CricBattle also offers free-to-play fantasy leagues for engagement and experience. CricBattle does not offer paid contests, prize pools, cash winnings, or withdrawal facilities.


4. Fantasy Games and Usage

Users may create fantasy teams using real-life players and earn points based on actual on-field performance as per predefined scoring rules.

Rankings and results are provided for engagement, analytics, and competitive comparison only, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.


5. Games of Skill

CricBattle fantasy games are games of skill. Outcomes depend predominantly on:

  • Knowledge of the sport
  • Understanding of player statistics
  • Strategic team selection
  • Ongoing analysis and decision-making

6. Legal Compliance

India: Games of skill are legally permitted and excluded from gambling legislation under Indian law.

United States & Canada: CricBattle structures its fantasy software offerings to comply with applicable laws governing skill-based games, including UIGEA, 2006, and equivalent Canadian statutes.

Other Countries: Users must ensure that use of fantasy sports software is legally permitted in their jurisdiction.


7. Eligibility
  • Users must be 18 years or older
  • Users must provide a valid email address
  • Employees or contractors may not participate in a manner affecting outcomes
  • Regional restrictions may apply based on local laws

8. User Conduct
  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Operate only one user account
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly
  • Do not use bots, automation, or unauthorized software
  • Do not interfere with platform security or operations

CricBattle may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, at its sole discretion.


9. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by CricBattle or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant CricBattle a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content for platform operations and promotion.


10. Communications

By using the Platform, Users consent to receiving administrative notifications, service updates, and feature announcements via email or in-app notifications.


11. Termination of Services

CricBattle may suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time. Upon termination, access to Services will cease and data may be handled as per the Privacy Policy.


12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. CricBattle is not affiliated with ICC, BCCI, IPL, FIFA, EPL, or any official sports governing body unless explicitly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricBattle’s total liability shall not exceed USD 50. If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.


13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold CricBattle harmless from claims arising from user content, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Courts located in Washington, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
